Without doubt, all of our products are made to the highest standards. We have our own state GMP and HACCP certified laboratory and follow strict industry standard manufacturing and quality assurance procedures.

From sourcing raw materials to verifying the stability of average tablet weight, our strict quality control guidelines guarantee the that only the finest products reach our clients.

We use modern techniques, such as Raman and FTIR spectrometry, MS, HPLC and NMR, to verify every single batch of raw materials we receive from the manufacturers before we start making tablets. These tests are done at our local university by material scientists to ensure the validity of the results.

What kind of products do you supply?

Do I really need to supplement my diet?

If you have certain health conditions or needs, your doctor may suggest adding a supplement to your daily routine. Also, there are certain risk groups of people who statistically have a higher chance of a deficiency. This may lead to undesirable changes in your health and wellbeing.

Is taking various supplements risky?

So how do you know what’s right for you? The best way is to talk to your doctor before taking dietary supplements. If you’re already taking supplements, ask them if it’s a good choice to continue. Also, some supplements may interact with medications that you’re taking.

Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

The majority of our orders are sent via tracked priority shipping. However there are other options available. If you are looking for a cheaper shipping method, untracked shipping might be the option for you.

Also, some customers are eager to receive their orders as soon as possible, so we occasionally send some orders using a courier service. However, this tends to be much more expensive than regular post, so if you are interested in this option, please contact us directly.

How long does shipping take?

It is quite hard to say exactly how long deliveries take. However, there are some estimates you can follow.

  • Shipping in Europe usually takes 5-7 business days;
  • Shipping to the US takes around 7-12 business days,
    however Canada might take longer due to international agreements;
  • Shipping to Asia and Australia take longer – around 15 business days;

The average shipping term is about 7-12 business days. If you haven`t received the package by then, don`t worry, it might be just a delay.

If you have a tracking number, you can always check online where is your package.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course we do! We ship to any country within the UPU (Universal Postal Union). The shipping price might depend on the region you`re from. You can check the final shipping price in the cart.

Before ordering please take time to get yourself familiar with your country`s import regulation and procedures. If you are not certain about these issues, please contact your local customs office.

For international purchases outside the EU we declare the value of the package as 15 euros. This is our average order amount, thus unfortunately, we can not declare a lower value.

What to do if I receive incorrect or damaged items?

It is unlikely that you will ever receive incorrect or damaged items, however, it does happen from time to time. This can be caused by a number of issues. But rest assured, that if this does happen to you, we will sort this issue for you. These are the steps you should take:

  1. If you can see physical damage when accepting the parcel, you have the right to deny it. It will be returned back to us and we will resend you the order. Before rejecting it, please take photos for reference.
  2. If you noticed the damage after collecting the package – take as many indicative photos as possible to show the damage without opening the packaging.
  3. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the order.

Where do I enter a coupon code?

If you have a valid coupon code, then you will be able to apply it in your cart. The field will be visible below the list of items in your cart.

If a coupon code is rejected, please double check the spelling. It it`s correct, then the coupon code may be invalid or its expiration date has passed.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy. Just pick the items you want to purchase from our products page and add them to your shopping cart. Then fill out the necessary information and chose your payment method.

We have tried to make our website end-user friendly, so that purchasing and finding important information is easy and convenient.

You don`t even have to sign up to place an order!

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you noticed that there is a mistake with your order or you would like to change it, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn`t been shipped yet, there is a good chance that we will be able to modify it.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do after the order has been handed over to our shipping agent.

Can I return a purchase?

We offer a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee as long as your product is returned unopened and in original condition. However, the return shipping must be paid by the buyer.

How do I track my order?

First, your order confirmation will be sent to your email. Another email will be sent once the package has been handed over to the courier. You can also check the order status by logging into your account.

If your selected shipping method contains a tracking number, then you can easily track your package using the link given in the confirmation email. You can also use the tracking number in your country`s post office tracking system once the package has landed in the country of destination.
